To all you young people, “Listen up.” This advice will save your lives in the future of you becoming “retired”. In reality or not at all.

I am writing this for ……. me.

I have written for other people and have been written, as they may at times say, off. It is hard to write for other people. A person may imagine in Academy Award winning terms. What is the best? The beginning.

Me. I am abrupt and have no idea really or what abrupt is my abrupt.

To me but maybe not you. That is what I am here mumbling to myself about. Why do I feel I have to advise them anyway. Their world is far different from mine when I was that age.

1950 began the WWII cleaning up after the war began to take hold of Peace. Imagine world wide devastation of thousands and millions of souls lost. Streets are beginning to be resurrected and named. Hunger and shelter and help is there beginning to be trusted. When help before meant death.

Computer classes were on the back of bubble gum wrappers or with candy. The main source of the coming computer age was advertised in comic books. Sometimes not in the good ones that got a lot of reading. Eventually getting to better children, teenage, young adults with Computer DNA arriving in them. What happened in between is always the story.

Electric typewriters. 1968. Finally in a High School near you. We had real classes with real electric (Senior year) typewriters rather than Manual (Junior year) finger bangers to get that . not a , in the sentence. I think Typing class, one of the most expensive classes. By the end of all the classes those basket overflowed with paper full of mistaken typing keys in a messed up way. With today’s tariffs they’d have to shut down the school district.

Today, if you are not computer savvvvvvvy so to speak. That is a way an old person might say to describe knowledgeable.

They called it a generation gap because it is the time when a young adult becomes a full adult and an aging adult awaking to an older generation preparing to die. There are those seconds that crept into shedding old mental activities for new ones. Then. happily forgetting about that past. Until. 70 – 80 – maybe 90 or 100. Something that was rare during the turn of 1899 to 1900.

Brewing hate and resentment would bring on the destruction of the world. God was stunned mankind could do. War. The beautiful reality of screams gasping God save me ……. as the devil dances.

Drifting to another subject. In youth I might say I’m young there is always tomorrow. I will do it then when my eyesight is poor, I have to use a walker, and the only diet I have is white rice and apple sauce. The last part will take awhile for you to remember. It will be put off. Nothing maybe eventually forgotten.

The a little boy is waiting to go to the Circus. The worst rain storm since Noah is drowning out that idea to the last ray of sun and when that bedroom light is off.

In my mind. His torrent of tears was a tragedy.

Then the little girl sings the sun will come out tomorrow and she is kidnapped found alive and free from her captors. MAGA White House Lawn Wrestlers. WHLW. Do you know what you get if you mix MAGA WITH WHLW?

Let me know. Email ok no phone calls. Messages also a nah. Here is a hint. Most forget to include WITH in the mix.

When I was a teenager. I felt the weather everyday. Now. I have fake air conditioned weather. Sitting on a porch at night looking at the stars. I never would accept to write that but it is true. Simple. Maybe faint radio music or baseball game echoing about. No activity at night sometimes. No yelling fighting, dancing, singing or party. Just a quiet award winning evening that dare not happen again coming not soon in this neighborhood of mine.

All living, at that time, are reluctant students of racism, hate emerging because of unjust wars. Rock and rolling along high and aloft of the world below singing about Major Tom. A draft dragging dodging teenagers fighting for their lives. Not being nothing new. Not a lot noticed.

I had to do a paper on a Conversation with a Parent. Since then, I cringe when I hear the word apparent. I recorded my father. Not a hero in my book and he was an unfavorite with most relatives. His story was historic. Vacant lots that were baseball fields and with bleaches for the fans. That would hold a wopping maybe 50 people. I like history and this is one of the few conversations I listened and learned something about my city. It died. But why and when?

The mystery is always in the population and esoteric types of crazy communities of people that get a hard time agreeing, on anything. That small.

I’ll just leave this tape here. Ok?
Can I come back………Oh! Really anytime or day. Great. Thanks. Sorry my name I made up for this ………. I think I actually I said my own name? AL.

Charlie recording this for Dr. Happy Felix and thanks for the job. As I was laid off without my pension while working for the government. I am grateful to do this. Not for free so pay me on Friday please. The bag of tootsie rolls was funny but my children cannot fully exist on them. I will be at my desk all day or until I get paid. We could relax; coffee on me.
