Walking 7 minutes a day

Sometimes we get turned around and around a merry-go-round of lost thoughts. That just lets something you experienced in your life that is coming to the surface of your memories. You might find a wonderful memory of something lost if you look there. May it be a person, male or female; re-memorized. Or a Stephen King bad thought. It will last 7 minutes; then the next thought will crowd its way to the top of the next thought.

Do I make sense?

Lately. I have. Experienced, having, maybe, an overactive imagination? My sleep has retreated, and my firing of the synapses will prevail again. Like a song stuck in my brain, jogging memories, 7 minutes at a time. On replay.

Thank God for music I can turn on to a music war. Real loud music I am presently blasting over the ten limits. Thus. Distracting the replay again and replay. The music is now of my choice. Then those 7 minutes are the time spent in my thought. After a thought. Then increase my thinking, which tears my short; prickly thoughts askew.

Now! I am gathering my thoughts. Herding them down to my library of everything.

Sorry. Ooops. I forgot. I’m Jack and I am recording this for Dr. Happy Felix and his library of recordings. I just got 7 minutes, then remembered I have to meet my wife. When she sees me. I know she is going to say, “You’re 7 minutes late. You’re ass er opening.
